The future of mobility is electric. And the heart of electric vehicles is the battery pack, which powers the vehicle. It is the equivalent of the I.C. Engine in a conventional vehicle. As the need for improvements and innovation in the battery packs is increasing, so is the need for designing an efficient cooling system for optimal performance of the batteries. As electric vehicles are predominantly run on Lithium-Ion cells, we have studied the various cooling techniques for Lithium-Ion battery packs in detail. As fast charging and high power output batteries are gaining momentum in the EV market, it is extremely important that engineers address the need for an efficient cooling system. In this study, we have researched in detail on the various cooling technologies and have come up with a new and innovative technology combing two of the most efficient cooling methods - Liquid Cooling and Heat Pipe Cooling, combining them for cooling the next generation battery module made of the Tesla 4680 cells. The thermal analysis and simulation has been done in the software package Ansys and the designing of the battery pack and the cooling system has been done in Creo designing software.

The criminal justice system in Indonesia is currently inefficient, therefore it is necessary to reform the criminal justice system to create a more effective and efficient judicial process. The new way is by implementing Plea Bargaining System. The approach method in this study is normative juridical, using secondary data obtained through library research on primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study show that the current criminal justice process in Indonesia has not been able to realize a simple, fast, and low-cost judicial process. The complexity of the criminal justice process in Indonesia results in the implementation of simple, fast, and low-cost trials that cannot be realized in the criminal justice process in Indonesia. So that in this case there is a need for reform of criminal justice in Indonesia. The weakness that the judiciary has pointed out independence which is stated in article 24 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, but in practice it still creates distrust of law enforcers. Plea concept Bargaining is required to be able to meet the needs and interests of both parties, because it is the result of negotiations between the public prosecutor and the defendant or more precisely with the attorney of the defendant. There are three types of negotiations: first, the number of charges against the defendant (called a horizontal plea bargain); second, the level of seriousness of the indictment, namely the indictment of serious crimes or less serious crimes (called vertical plea bargaining), and third about the severity of the threat of punishment (called a sentence bargain). If there are several serious charges, the three types of plea Bargaining can be negotiated concurrently. However, in its implementation, optimization of the synergy of several parties (law enforcement officials) and the accused has not yet been achieved.

Abstract: The calyptocarpus vialis is traditionally used as diuretic, antiasthmatic, antimicrobial and anti- inflammatory and the aim of the study is to detect the qualitative test of primary metabolites, simultaneously in single mobile phase the rutin, quercetin and gallic acid by HPTLC method was adopted to confirm the presence of these common secondary metabolites in the tested commercial herbal formulations. Results of the study clearly revealed the presence of rutin, quercetin, caffeic acid, ferulic acid, mangiferin responsible for antimicrobial activity. HPTLC profiling of the methanol extraction of calyptocarpus vialis confirm about the presence of various phytochemicals and detecting Rf vales. The developed HPTLC method can be employed for the routine investigations of above revealed markers in commercial herbal formulations.

The purpose of this research was to determine if and how illicit mining affected student achievement at Nkawkaw Senior High School. There was a descriptive survey format used for this investigation. We used a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of.80 to collect information from participants in the field. A total of 108 students were selected or involved in the study from various programmes of study at Nkawkaw SHS. The students were chosen using a stratified sampling method to provide a fair representation of each group. Statistics such as frequencies, percentages, averages, and standard deviations were used to analyse and present the study's findings. According to the findings, most students believe that factors such as not having enough money or not getting the school supplies they want, living in close proximity to mining sites, the inability of their parents to meet their social and educational needs, and the influence of their peers all contribute to their involvement in illegal mining. The majority of the students surveyed knew that illegal mining had a negative impact on their academic performance, and they knew that it led to things like pupils missing class, being too tired to complete homework, dropping out of school, and performing poorly on tests. According to the results, most students think the following measures will help reduce the number of students engaging in illegal mining and its detrimental effects on academic performance. In order to reduce poverty, which has so many root causes, it was suggested that authorities give teachers more authority.

Where is the Centre of the Universe? Do our observations of space-time expansion in the global rest frame prove it to be absolute? However, the laws of SR and "Asymmetry" in time give rise to greater probabilities for the past arrow of time, which violates nature's pre-defined law. Our finite observable part of the universe is not at the center of an infinite plane, and its comoving expansion behaves strangely in relation to the CMB itself. In order to discuss the evolution of space, with the assumption that our current random stage of observations has its origin in chance, another approach to time scales has been introduced in this paper. This approach is based on the time intervals of observed events relative to the frame of reference.
